West facing studio-style condo with a sunset view every night! Character and charm with this studio condo in the historic Fontainebleau Terrace. This unit is beachfront with beach views for miles. Recent updates include open ceilings, LVP flooring, completely remodeled bathroom, brand new queen bed & sleeper sofa and stainless steel appliances. Fontainebleau Terrace offers, newly remodeled pool, two large open terraces, gym, grills, onsite laundry and brand new elevator.
Sleep up to 3 in this studio-style condo. The living area doubles as a bedroom with a bonus queen sofa bed. 2 people on the queen mattress and 1 person on the sleeper sofa. This condo is a great option for couples or small families. When staying at Fontainebleau Terrace, you are just steps away from the sand and sun. Spend your days lounging at the community pool, walking the beach, or building sandcastles with your kids. Your kids will spend an endless number of hours splashing around in the pool. Not to mention, the community BBQ grills provide the perfect spot to cook hotdogs or a fresh catch of the day for dinner one night or every night during your stay.
Within walking distance, you'll have several restaurants and things to do, and a quick drive will take you to many more eateries, shops, and activities. If that's not enough, the very center of Panama City Beach is just four miles southeast by car, and with it fun, family-friendly sights like Wonderworks' science exhibits and laser tag, the world-famous Ripley's Believe It or Not Odditorium, and more!
Parking notes:
Parking is located on the front of the building and on either side of the building. The amount of parking spaces available is very, very limited at this time and are first come, first serve. These spaces require a Parking Pass. The parking pass will be left in the condo upon your arrival. Per the Homeowners' Association, each condo is allowed only ONE Fontainebleau Terrace Rental Parking Pass. This is a 'Limited Parking-Pass' which allows access to the property but does not guarantee a parking spot in the designated parking areas. Parking is available on a first come first served basis. You may also park at the "Nothing Over a Dollar" store as Fontainbleau Terrace has purchased this lot and using it for parking - 14400 Front Beach Road.
Fontainebleau owner’s association nor the property management company will not accept any liability if your car is towed by the city.
Visitors of guests must park off-site. Please keep your vehicle locked at all times. Neither this property nor property management assumes any liability for damage or theft of vehicle or theft of personal property for vehicles parked on the premises.
Wristbands must be always worn while on the property and will be present in the condo for you. When you depart, be sure to take only your memories and not the wristbands!
Guests must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property and sign a rental agreement to secure your reservation. If the rental agreement is not signed, you will not receive the arrival information. The arrival information will be e-mailed 7 days prior to arrival in the form of a link to our digital guestbook. The reservation must be paid in full and the rental agreement signed before this link will be emailed out.
No smoking allowed. No pets allowed except for legally protected service animals per the HOA rules and regulations.
We are also accepting long term/snowbird guests between the months of November to the end of February. Please inquire for snowbird rental rates.

We had a great time here, close enough to Alvin’s island and a few restaurants to walk to dinner every night if you wanted. We chose to rent a golf cart so we could go to other places but it was overall an amazing stay and very budget friendly for a married couples vacation!

Absolutely loved it here, it was right on the most beautiful beach anyone could ask for. We went the week after the 4th of July, fully expecting the beach to be crowded. We were pleasantly surprised that is was totally the opposite. There is also an area under the pool that provides shade. We used it most days because the heat index was around 110 degrees, it was absolutely wonderful. Everything was just as was described. We actually loved the big, comfortable bed ,I can't tell you when we've slept better! The location has multiple options for dinner, either in walking distance or a short drive away. This unit faces the spectacular sunset! Sunday is an excellent host!! We will definitely be back!!

Me and my friends loved this place! The host had amazing response time and was very very nice and considerate, even if it was after hours. There was 4 of us staying here which was a bit cramped but we just folded up the couch during the day for more space. The bathroom was very nice and all the people staying in the place were very kind. Right on the beach which we loved! Very short walk. Being right by the beach the place was a bit damp feeling and had a smell to it, but we got some febreeze and it was alright!

This was absolutely the best stay and location ever in Panama City beach.The condo was basic luxury with all your needs. The kitchen, beautiful bathroom All the flooring, everything renovated perfect! Comfort and location, can't begin to say how many different types of places in the immediate surrounding area. The best restaurants, family entertainment, shopping, seafood markets. All within walking distance, any direction.The most fabulous sunsets With Runaway Island ringing the bell at sunset was one of my favorites. Along with a private beach, an amazing new swimming pool.This was absolutely perfect. I have booked again in October and can't wait to return. Thank you for the all the help and amazing host.

This condo was EVERYTHING we wanted! Prettiest kitchen, bathroom and the bed is extremely comfortable. Beach chairs, volleyball, children’s sand toys, etc. in the cabinet! I also LOVE how close it was to runaway island, Sharky’s, and amore doughnuts. Steps off from the beach, perfect for smaller families! We will be back again!!
