When we reach 70%(+) occupancy, then renters will be issued only ONE pass for the inside lot regardless of occupancy of condo. Credit/Debit Card only, No Cash. Once 70%(+) occupancy has been reached you may or may not be able to received the second pass to park in the overflow lot only. Parking passes must be hung on the rearview mirror and must be clearly visible at all times. Maximum passes for a 1 or 2 bedroom unit is 2 parking passes only if space is available. Please note: This fee is separate from the rental amount and is collected directly by the resort, payable upon arrival. -No smoking or vaping, no pets, and no events allowed. -Guests must be 21 years of age or older to rent and are required to email a photo ID at the time of booking. The guest making the reservation must also be present for the duration of the stay. -Third party bookings are NOT allowed. -A signed rental agreement and full payment are required to confirm your reservation. Arrival information will not be released until both requirements are completed.
