The master bedroom features a king bed and its own access to the full bathroom with a shower/tub combo, which connects to the half bathroom via pocket doors. In the hallway, you'll find a fun and functional twin-over-twin bunk setup—perfect for the kids. The sleeper sofa in the living room offers additional sleeping space for one. Gather around the dining table for 4, or enjoy a casual meal at the breakfast bar with barstools. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to whip up quick beach snacks, hearty breakfasts, or dinner after a day in the sun. Start your mornings with coffee and a sunrise on your private balcony, and wind down in the evenings with sweeping sunset views over the Gulf. Being on the 9th floor offers the perfect vantage point without being too high up—ideal for enjoying the salty breeze and spotting dolphins from your perch. **Please be aware that beginning in September, The Summit will be undergoing exterior construction. This work may be loud and create dust at times, and while we do not have an exact completion date (estimated mid-April 2026), the project is expected to last for an extended period.
