The location is perfect. Literally maybe 30 steps to the beach from the door. Very close to the pool and lawn. Perfect for those who want easy accessibility. Check in was easy. The only complaint I have is the only place to take trash is on the other side of the property which is out of the control of the owner so not a huge deal. Great place overall! Would stay here again!
So we stayed here during a Baseball World Series and the location was perfect! Even with that we would totally stay again. I cant express how amazing this location was. Not in the busyness of front beach rd but still in a primal location. Not to mention the ease of the actual place. Having 2 boys I always stress at finding a good location. Amanda’s place was perfect!! Everything breakable was up high, no extra fluff in rooms for kids to go through. It truly felt like a safe place for all of us. I could breathe and actually relax. Communication with them was on point. They give you all the ways to reach them and actually keep you updated timely on check in and check out. We are already discussing and booking again! <br/>If you’re a family and looking for a beach place to book with kids, this is it!! Especially for those playing baseball at the Publix sports complex. Minutes from St Andrew’s state park. Amazing restaurants around. And the 76 gas station has everything!!!

This was my second year staying at Amanda’s and it was as if i were at home again. She’s been the greatest host i’ve come across and her home quite literally is the best for any sort of occasion. The home and property are very clean and private, and not too far from all the fun activities around. Will most definitely be going back next year if she’ll have us again.
Amanda was an amazing host! Very easy to communicate with and her response times were quick! Our short stay was absolutely amazing. The booking was exactly as described. The view was amazing and the easy access to the beach was perfect!
We absolutely love staying here. Amanda is amazing. Our second time staying and it gets better each time. And the neighbors are very sweet and friendly. The kids favorite thing is the pool, of course!
Our stay was absolutely amazing! My family and I had such a wonderful time and truly enjoyed every moment. The pool was one of our favorite parts. The kids had so much fun swimming and making memories together. The home was comfortable, clean, and made us feel right at home.
