Located in the new Hathaway Townhomes community so no worrying about high rises or elevators. Park in the garage or driveway and bring your items right in!
Sleep peacefully after a long day at the beach or pool in either the king or queen bed or relax while the kids are napping in the twin over full bunk bed.
Watch your favorite shows on any of the smart TV's or hang out on the back porch making memories.
Fully stocked kitchen with plates, cups, silverware, coffee maker, pots & pans, and toaster.
All bedrooms and both full bathrooms are located on the second floor of this beautiful townhome. There is a half bathroom downstairs.
You can fit a smaller vehicle in the garage and at least two mid size vehicles in the driveway.
Relax while on vacation at the beach or at the community pool. If you are here for a sports tournament, this home is 3 minutes away from the PCB Sports Complex and 13 minutes to Frank Brown.

A rental agreement must be signed to secure your reservation. If the rental agreement is not signed, you will not receive the arrival information. The arrival information will be e-mailed 7 days prior to arrival as long as the rental agreement has been signed and the reservation has been paid in full. Should you book within 7 days of arrival or less, the rental agreement will need to be signed immediately so we can get you all of the appropriate arrival information.
Main booking guest must be at least 25+ years of age to rent this property, send ID verification required as well as be present during the entire stay of the reservation. The person who books must be 25 years of age at the time of booking & present during the entire stay.
Please inquire about monthly rentals in the off season of November to the end of February.
There are cameras on the outside of this property. One overlooking the driveway, a ring doorbell camera, and one overlooking the back yard.

The home was located directly infront of waterfront which meant great views. Super close to pool so you didn’t have to drive. Home had everything we needed. It accommodated all 6 of us. Amanda was very nice and quick with her responses to all my questions lol everything they listed was there. It was cozy from the living room to the comfy bed and pillows. We felt safe. Location was close to so many things. Which is great considering traffic. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with my family

My husband, 9 y/o son, and myself stayed at the Knights by the Sea townhome and we LOVED it!!! The location was super convenient to everything we like and enjoy doing!! My husband and I workout, and the location is PERFECT for going to Fitness Junky gym!! We spent our beach time at St Andrews Park, and it’s just a quick drive from the townhome to the beach!! The townhome was well apportioned with everything we needed…comfortable bedding, fully stocked kitchen, and WiFi and streaming TVs. We are looking forward to our return and getting to stay here again!!

The townhome was pristine! King bed was so dreamy comfy! The set up was great overall! The neighbors was a little noisy at times but not too bad! The townhome is about a 5-10 minute drive to the beach. It was easy to get to main roads to access areas of St Pete especially all the cool places in the bayside! Amanda the host was unbelievable! She accommodated me last minute and communicated throughout and was so helpful and kind! I could not have asked for better! This is a great option for a family, has great sleeping options, the community pool was nice, and a nice pond!

First time doing an Airbnb and I loved the place and location. This was a family vacation and it was enough room for everyone and comfortable. Just not enough bath towels it was enough for four people and this place holds 8

Thank you for your review and feedback. We provide one towel per person and we have a washer and dryer available for your use during your stay. In the rental agreement, it was made known that we only provide a starter pack and amenity items such as 1 trash bag per can, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 roll of toilet paper per bath, etc. We are happy you enjoyed your stay other than these few issues.

Amanda’s place was nice, new, and cute. I cannot express enough how thankful I am for the quick book they allowed us to do. We got rebooked at the very last moment (30 minutes after check in) the other place we booked was RIGHT on the beach and this is quite removed from the beach so the drive to everything was pretty unexpected and annoying. A few things to keep in mind, there weren’t very many towels for showering but there is in unit washer and dryer. The WIFI was AWFUL, never stayed connected for longer than 15 minutes. Thank goodness I had a hotspot from work. Only received one roll of toilet paper for each restroom for the week we were there as well as one replacement garbage bag which was annoying. This was stated, in the booking, just kinda sucks. I would recommend this stay if you know what you are to expect. It’s big, spacious, and cute.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean! The beach was a short distance away. The pool was a great way to relax and could just walk to it. The neighborhood was nice and very safe area. Will definitely book again!
