Gorgeous 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath two-story townhome with a 1 car garage. Great for families or groups of friends. Minutes to the Navy Base, the beach, PCB Sports Complex, Pier Park, and more. Located in the new Hathaway Townhomes community so no worrying about high rises or elevators. Park in the garage or driveway and bring your items right in!

Sleep peacefully after a long day at the beach or pool in one of the two king size beds or relax while the kids are napping in the twin over twin bunk bed or daybed. 

Watch your favorite shows on any of the smart TV's or hang out on the back porch making memories. 

Fully stocked kitchen with plates, cups, silverware, coffee maker, pots & pans, toaster, and kettle. 

All bedrooms and both full bathrooms are located on the second floor of this beautiful townhome. There is a half bathroom downstairs. 

You can fit a smaller vehicle in the garage and at least two, but possibly three mid size vehicles in the driveway. This home has been recently remodeled with new furniture, new floors, fresh paint, and brand new kitchenware. 

Relax while on vacation on the beach or at the community pool. 

If you are here for a sports tournament, this home is 3 minutes away from the PCB Sports Complex and 13 minutes to Frank Brown.

Check-in time is 4pm central time. Check-out time is no later than 10am central time. 

NO smoking, parties, events, or pets allowed. 

A rental agreement must be signed to secure your reservation. If the rental agreement is not signed, you will not receive the arrival information. The arrival information will be e-mailed 7 days prior to arrival as long as the rental agreement has been signed and the reservation has been paid in full. Should you book within 7 days of arrival or less, the rental agreement will need to be signed immediately so we can get you all of the appropriate arrival information. 

Main booking guest must be at least 25+ years of age to rent this property, send ID verification required as well as be present during the entire stay of the reservation. The person who books must be 25 years of age at the time of booking & present during the entire stay.

Please inquire about monthly rentals in the off season of November to the end of February.

Everything was as expected beds were comfortable sheets were clean. Unit was also very clean. The pool closes at 8 o’clock. That’s worth mentioning. If you want to stay out a little bit later you won’t be able to. There is security that goes through the complex at night, so it felt pretty safe. It’s really close to all of the attractions that Panama City Beach has to offer, big enough driveway for two cars plus a garage that could fit another car.

This house was worth staying at! everything was clean and well organized, check in was easy, everything was great Something i probably would suggest adding to this house is a private yard and grill. Pool was nice, wasn’t that far of a walk from where we stayed! Highly recommend booking at this beautiful place!

This was a perfect location to the Publix Sports Complex. We were in the area for a baseball tournament and couldn't have picked a better location. Stairs were a little steep for my 78 year old mother but she was excited for the exercise. As advertised, don't forget to bring your essentials (i.e. paper products, dish detergent, laundry detergent, spices, etc.)

Great location for if you wanna go to the beach or just hang out in the pool! Enough space for multiple cars. Access to the garage. Big rooms and bathrooms. Great location especially for the price.

Beautiful home, easy to find and a fairly quiet neighborhoodorhood. Easy access to the highway for quick trips to explore the area or a day trip to one of the many area beaches. Plenty of space for larger familes to spread out, smaller kitchen but well laid out. Amanda was responsive to needs and questions.

Our entire family enjoyed staying there. The pool wasn’t a far walk away and it was real nice. The house was in a great location not in a busy area so it was easy to get wherever you wanted to go.

Lovely place, clean and exactly like the pictures in the description. I contacted the owner a few times and she was very responsive to my questions. I would recommend this place to anyone looking in the area.

Usually, I would not get such a large place but since we expected guests we went with this spot. Everything was exactly as described and there was plenty of room for 7+ guests (depending on how comfortable they are with sharing the full beds). Everything was super clean and the host was very responsive. I will definitely rent from this host again. There were a few mishaps on my part and she was more than gracious. My only advice would be to make sure you bring your own paper products (TP and Paper Towels). Other than that most everything was provided (even a beach wagon, chairs, towels, and towel stakes for the beach).

The place was super clean, spacious and equipped with everything we needed and more. All beds were really comfy, lots of pillows, sheets. And having a tv in each bedroom was a plus. Amanda was really helpful. Location was great and central to everything. One of the best places Ive ever stayed at. I'll definetely be back!

Great house, well furnished and maintained with lots of room and equipped with everything we could possibly need. Super comfy bedrooms. Everything was clean and comfortable. Pretty close to grocery stores and restaurants and only a short distance from the beach. Amanda is a great host and we will definitely stay here again!
