Important Notes:
-This condo is located on the 2nd floor — please note there is no elevator
-Primary renter must be 21 years of age or older
-No third-party bookings permitted
-No pets, no smoking, no parties
-A rental agreement must be signed to secure your reservation
-Check-in time: 4:00 PM Central Time
-Check-out time: 10:00 AM Central Time (sharp)
-The pool key and key for the trash receptacle are hanging on a white ribbon by the door. Those keys must return to that exact location upon departure. If either key is missing, you'll be charged $40 per key for the HOA to cut a new one.
-Parking is free. There are 2 assigned spaces for unit O and a max of 2 vehicles per reservation allowed.
