Sun & Sand Rentals was never meant to be just another property management company.
Founded in 2017, we set out to create something more intentional, a boutique, locally operated company that prioritizes quality over quantity, relationships over transactions, and long-term trust over quick growth.
Today, we remain proudly women-owned, locally grown, and deeply hands-on in everything we do. Because when you’re trusted with someone’s home, or someone’s vacation, you don’t cut corners. You show up fully.
